Price List and Request of Reservation
Prices are for 1 week from saturday to saturday with
check-in time at 4.00pm and check-out at 10.00am.
During low and middle season and during the periods
of festivities and extended holidays, we accept stays
and week-ends for a minimum of 2 days. (contact
us for estimates and prices)
For
periods of stay longer than a week or packages including
the two apartments we provide discounts and promotions.

Extended Holidays and festivities are considered high
season.
The
price include:
Consumptions of water, electricity and gas for the kitchen
and hot water production.
Linen for the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms.
Hair drier, flatiron and ironing board.
Barbecue and picnic tables at the outside.
Lawn chairs and beach umbrellas.
Final cleaning of the house.
At
your arrival we will ask you for a bail bond of 100,00
Euros that will be given back at your departure.
The balance must be paid half at your arrival and the
remaining part at your departure.
Payment Services:
Heatin, will be counted aside.

employee will get in touch with you in a very
short time and will also provide you any kind
of explanation.
The
reservation is not binding: you can confirm your
stay only when our booking employee will get in
touch with you.

CONDITIONS
FOR THE RESERVATION
After
your request, we will send you an email containing:
the confirmation of the availability of the country
house for the requested period, the total price you'll
have to pay, and the bank coordinates in order to pay
the deposit to confirm the reservation.
The deposit must be paid within 5 working days and the
amount is specified in the upper part of this page and
in the email we will send.
The reservation becomes binding for us when we'll receive
an e-mail or a fax with the receipt of the bank payment.
You'll be contacted again after 5 or 7 working days
when we'll receive from our bank the confirm for the
deposit.
The balance will be paid in cash by you directly at
your arrival together with a bail bond of 300,00 Euros
that will be given back at your departure.
TERMS FOR CANCELLATION
We
apply the terms that are in force in the European Community
in travelling.
If you want to cancel after your pay down, the following
rules are applied:
- Over
60 days prior to arrival we will refund the 80% of
the earnest money.
- Between
60 and 30 days prior to arrival we will refund the
50% of the earnest money.
- Between
30 days and the day of arrival we will not refund
anything.
